SALARY: £157.50 p/w

Job Description

  • Answering phone calls and web chats from customers who will have queries on how to use the product or to report issues
  • If an issue is reported, to troubleshoot or reproduce the problem
  • Work with Windows Server OS and IIS to install our software products, and troubleshoot issues with installations or configurations
  • Work with relational databases to aid in troubleshooting
  • Scope to write custom t-SQL queries for customer facing projects
  • Work with our Microsoft Azure environment, managing servers, databases and related resources, network cards, HDD, etc
  • Aid in the production of scripts to automate processes
